As a foreman, you'll report to the
Job Superintendent. Your experience makes
you an ideal candidate to oversee a small
crew and make sure your job follows the
Doran Stewart safety standards. As foreman,
you'll complete basic job and employee
management records and quality control
packages. You'll also maintain and be
responsible for company equipment and
supervise and train employees.
Records Management:
- Complete daily time tickets
- Complete QC package at end of project
- Organize and order materials according
to job requirements
- Complete employee sign-up forms
for new hires
Operations:
- Maintain truck & tools
- Operate light equipment (e.g. picker)
as required
- Industrial painting and insulating
- Labour requirements as per job,
which includes working outside in all
weather and can include handling chemicals
and dusty/rainy environments.
- Supervise and train employees
- Maintain safety tickets and training
- Load and handle tools, equipment
and materials of varied weights
- Maintain yard
