Key responsibilities:

• Ensure corporate policies and practices are followed with the additional focus of leveraging best practices within the company;
• Provide guidance and mentoring to district managers and project personnel on safety processes and issues;
• Provide management support to ensure that HSE remains an essential part of our business;
• Conduct and act as an expert resource for incident/accident investigations resulting in innovative and practical solutions;
• Plan, deliver and monitor company safety programs that support project and corporate business plans.

Requirements & Experience:

• A recognized safety designation (CRSP, CSP, CHSC, etc.);
• A minimum of 8 years related field experience;
• Experience with oilfield construction, behavior based performance and risks management will be an asset;
• An ability to using technology to improve work performance;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
